00–10 The room opens

Ten founders, one table.

The cohort assembles in West Bengal. We pressure-test the thesis behind your company until only the real one is left standing. No slides survive contact with the room.

  • Founder diligence, both ways. You vet us as hard as we vet you.
  • Ninety-day plan agreed and signed. Every founder knows their finish line.
10–40 01 · Co-Found

We build it with you, not for you.

Product, brand, and go-to-market are co-built beside you by an in-house team that has shipped before. You stay the decision-maker. We are the builders in the room with you.

  • Product v1 in market. A real thing users can touch, not a prototype in a deck.
  • Brand and identity built to raise on and sell with.
  • First go-to-market motion live, with numbers coming back.
40–70 02 · Fund

We structure the round and sit on your side.

By the time you face investors, you already have a company that is built and moving. We prepare the raise, run the process, and stay in the negotiation until the terms are clean and the runway is real.

  • Data room, narrative, and model built to institutional standard.
  • Warm introductions to partner VCs who already know the cohort.
  • You pitch. We work the round with you until it closes.
70–90 03 · Scale

Growth systems, not growth advice.

The last stretch installs the machinery that keeps compounding after the cohort ends. Distribution, retention, and brand architecture wired to unit economics that actually hold.

  • Repeatable acquisition and retention loops, instrumented and owned by you.
  • Hiring plan and operating cadence for the twelve months after.
  • You leave the room as a funded CEO, still holding your company.

The deal

We invest for a minority stake. You keep the majority of your company and you stay CEO. Full stop.

The exact terms are revealed on Day 1, inside the cohort. They are the same for all ten founders in a cohort. No side deals.
