SPLIT is not for everyone, and it is not trying to be. We select hard because the room is only as good as the ten people in it. Read this honestly before you apply.

This is for you if

  • You are building zero to one. An idea, an early product, a company still soft enough to shape.
  • You are obsessive. The problem follows you into the shower and out the other side of midnight.
  • Execution is your edge, not your pedigree. You would rather ship than credential.
  • You want builders beside you, not a mentor to nod at from a stage.
  • You can hold your own in a room of nine other founders who are just as intense.
  • You are coachable on the how and immovable on the why.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for a course, a certificate, or a network to collect.
  • You want capital with no one in the room holding you to the plan.
  • Your company is late-stage and already scaling. This is a zero-to-one room.
  • You need consensus before you move. The room moves fast and so must you.
  • You want a title more than you want a company that is actually built.
  • You are not ready to spend ninety days where the work is.

A short, sharp application. We read for signal, not polish. What you have built already matters more than how it is worded.

02Conversation

A real conversation, not an interview.

If there is a fit, we talk. About the problem, the wedge, and whether you can survive ninety days of pressure with nine others.

03Deep dive

We go deep, both ways.

References, a working session, and the terms in full. You leave knowing exactly what you would be signing up for. So do we.

04The seat

An offer, or an honest no.

Ten seats, no filler. If it is a yes, the room opens. If it is a no, you will know why, and the door stays open for the next cohort.
